'The Takeaway,' Michigan Radio, WJBC Win RTDNA/UNITY Awards

Radio winners of the RADIO TELEVISION DIGITAL NEWS ASSOCIATION and UNITY: JOURNALISTS OF COLOR's 2011 RTDNA/UNITY Awards include public radio's "THE TAKEAWAY" (produced by NEW YORK PUBLIC RADIO Talk WNYC-A-F/NEW YORK and PUBLIC RADIO INTERNATIONAL along with the BBC WORLD SERVICE, THE NEW YORK TIMES, and WGBH EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION noncommercial News-Talk-Jazz WGBH-F/BOSTON), for the entry "Fluid Identities"; MICHIGAN RADIO, for "Muslims in MICHIGAN"; and TOWNSQUARE MEDIA Talk WJBC-A-F/BLOOMINGTON, IL, for "WJBC en Espanol."
