Salem Inks Stuart Epperson, David Evans To New Deals

SALEM COMMUNICATIONS CORP. Chairman of the Board STUART W. EPPERSON has been signed to a new contract to keep him in his position for another year, with the new term running from JULY 1st, 2011 through JUNE 30th, 2012.  EPPERSON will earn a base salary of $250,000 plus a merit bonus and other benefits.

Also signed to a new deal was Division President - Interactive, New Business Development DAVID A.R. EVANS, inked to a new at-will deal superseding the present agreement that runs through SEPTEMBER 15th.  The ned deal offers a base salary of $430,00 as of SEPTEMBER 15th, 2011, $445,000 as of SEPTEMBER 15th, 2012, and $460,000 as of SEPTEMBER 15th, 2013.  Also included is eligibility for a $10,00 quarterly incentive bonus as well as a merit bonus.
