Andrew 'Z' Zepeda To Return To Toledo Airwaves

ANDREW "Z" ZEPEDA is returning to TOLEDO radio airwaves this month. At 6a on MONDAY JULY 18th ANDREW Z IN THE MORNING will take over the morning drive on CUMULUS FM translator W264AK (100.7 THE VIBE). The CUMULUS station just switched formats and is now a Top 40 station.
ANDREW Z will be joined by a cast of characters well known to the shows fans. STEVE REAMY, better known as GAY STEVE, will take charge of the entertainment reports. ZEPEDA's wife, MICHELLE ZEPEDA, former FOX TOLEDO crime reporter of 5 years, will handle the news, weather and traffic. Some local comedians’; COREY W KING, BRANDON DORIOT and DONNY PALICKI will also wake up way too early. CALEN SAVIDGE and JERRY PICKERING (AVALANCHE) complete the crew.
ZEPEDA had battled various legal issues since exiting CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40 WVKS/TOLEDO in DECEMBER od last year (NET NEWS 12/17/2010). Most recently, ZEPEDA pleaded no contest in DEFIANCE MUNICIPAL COURT and was found guilty of failing to allow tax commissioners to examine books, records and papers to determine payroll and failure to withhold or pay tax from employees (NET NEWS 6/9).
