KYRK Debuts As Classic Hits Outlet

BOGEY BROADCASTING KYRK/CORPUS CHRISTI, TX debuted at 5p CST as Classic Hits "The New 106-5 The Shark," playing "Killer Hits from '70s, '80s and '90s." After launching with BLACK CROWES' "Jealous Again," "THE SHARK" features hits by  RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS, AEROSMITH, R.E.M., EAGLES, DEF LEPPARD, PEARL JAM, TOM PETTY, PRINCE, DAVE MATTHEWS BAND, U2, COLLECTIVE SOUL and LED ZEPPELIN.
 
The station targets  25-49  adults (50/50 male-female split) and uses DUDE WALKER and ROBERTA SOLOMON as station voices. You can hear the station live at 1065theshark.com
