LIVE ON THE GREEN, a free, public concert series held at PUBLIC SQUARE in front of the NASHVILLE METRO COURTHOUSE, will launch its third season on SEPTEMBER 8th. The six-week concert series, produced by TUNED IN BROADCASTING Triple A WRLT (LIGHTNING 100), in partnership with the NASHVILLE MAYOR’S OFFICE, will take place THURSDAY NIGHTS. Shows start at 6p.
"This is the third year of one of the most successful concert series in NASHVILLE history, and the fact that it takes place on what I consider the city’s front porch makes it extra special to me," Mayor KARL DEAN said. "Free live music downtown featuring a diverse array of musical talent and presented in an environmentally conscious fashion is what MUSIC CITY is all about. I want to thank LIGHTNING 100 for again supporting this public event."
