MARK A. MILLER is selling silent KWTY/CARTAGO, CA to SUNSET MEDIA for $110,000 ($70,000 in a promissory note).

In other deals filed with the FCC, COMMONWEALTH BROADCASTING's NEWBERRY BROADCASTING, INC. is swapping Sports WWKU-A/PLUM SPRINGS, KY to SOKY RADIO, LLC, a 50/50 partnership of NEWBERRY and ANDERSON COMMUNICATIONS, for Sports WCDS-A/GLASGOW, KY.  The value assigned to the deal is $150,000.

EASTERN ILLINOIS CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Southern Gospel WEIC-A/CHARLESTON, IL to KASKASKIA BROADCASTING, INC. for $80,000.

TEXAS PELICAN MEDIA is donating the construction permit for new FMs in FREER and FALFURRIAS, TX to RUFINO SENDEJO, JR.'s THE WORSHIP CENTER OF KINGSVILLE.

KM COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling the construction permits for new FMs at TRENT, COTULLA, BIG WELLS, SABINAL, and HEBBRONVILLE, TX to JOSE ANTONIO AGUILAR for $96,500.

And MIDWEST COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has requested a Silent STA for FM translator W238CD/CAMDEN, MI due to a lost transmitter site.
