  PEOPLE.com is reporting that SHOW DOG UNIVERSAL MUSIC artist RANDY HOUSER is engaged to singer-songwriter JESSA LEE YANTZ. They are planning a destination wedding in the DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.
  "I finally found the person that I can't be without," said HOUSER. "JESSA makes me a better person every day, and I look forward to spending the rest of my life with her."
