The UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH CAROLINA has been fined $9,000 by the FCC for missing issues/programs lists from the public file at noncommercial WUSC-F/COLUMBIA, SC. The Commission rejected the college's assertion that the fine would cause it financial hardship and was excessive compared to other fines for similar infractions.
In addition, the Commission rejected two petitions to deny the sale of FM translators W272BA/COCOA BEACH, FL and W264AS/ROCKLEDGE, FL by DAVID CARUS AND ASSOCIATES to NATIONAL CHRISTIAN NETWORK.
