Six METRO NASHVILLE Police officers have been suspended after helping BIG MACHINE RECORDS artist TAYLOR SWIFT. The internal investigation found the officers asked for approval for the job, but were rejected, and decided to do the job anyway.
According to WSM-TV, an investigation found the officers were paid $30 to $35 an hour while working roughly 20 days with her team. They did not provide actual security for SWIFT, but instead drove her security team around town.
The article also states SWIFT’s team had no clue the officers were not abiding by the rules, and stopped working with them after the problem arose.
In APRIL, five officers were suspended for 10 days, while one sergeant was suspended for 12.
