Sugarland Named Among Possible Defendents In Tort Claim By Family Of Indiana State Fair Victim

The TENNESSEAN is reporting that a potential lawsuit by the family of JENNIFER HASKELL names MERCURY duo SUGARLAND as a defendant. The band that was preparing to perform at the INDIANA STATE FAIR before a stage collapse, which killed HASKELL and six others.
The tort claim by the family names SUGARLAND, its members, agents and employees among 15 potential defendants. The band and its manager are also are named in a tort claim by the parents of HASKELL's best friend, ALINA BIGJOHNY, who also passed away in the tragedy.
