More FCC Actions Against Alleged Pirate Radio Operators

The FCC has proposed a $15,000 fine against LEUTERIO LEBRON for allegedly operating a pirate radio station on 88.5 FM at GUYAMA, PR.
The Commission also fined FRITZNER LINDOR $300 for allegedly operating a pirate station on 94.7 FM in ORANGE PARK, FL. The fine was reduced from $15,000 for foinancial hardship.
And Notices of Unlicensed Operation were issued to EMMANUEL NOEL (107.7 FM, PROVIDENCE, RI); FIELDBRIDGE ASSOCIATES, LLC (106.5 FM, BROOKLYN, NY); and ROBERT MOHAMED (1620 AM, SOUTH RICHMOND HILL, NY).
