The FCC has proposed a $10,000 fine against another alleged FLORIDA pirate radio station operator.
The fine was proposed against WILLIS CERNOGG, JR. for operating an unlicensed station, "LADY LUCK RADIO," on 90.7 FM in MIAMI. Agents for the FCC determined CERNOGG was the operator after executing a search warrant, then searching the Internet and finding references to "LadyLuckRadio907FMMiami" on a website, a Twitter account for "LadyLuckRadio," and a domain, "ladyluckradio.net," registered to CERNOGG at the same location.
