Foo Fighters Visit KLOS Lonely Boy
Dave Grohl, Taylor Hawkins and Pat Smear of Foo Fighters visited punk legend and former Sex Pistols guitarist Steve Jones during his "Jonesy's Jukebox" radio show on KLOS/Los Angeles. The Foos were there to celebrate the release of Jones' long-awaited memoir, Lonely Boy: Tales from A Sex Pistol. The book is already a bestseller in the UK. The US release coincides with the birth of punk rock and the 40th anniversary of Sex Pistols' platinum debut album, Never Mind the Bollocks, which set the world on fire in 1977. Jones will be on a nationwide, whirlwind press tour for the next two weeks, with several New York City stops including “Late Night With Seth Meyers,” and two Los Angeles stops for a sold out Q&A and signing at the Grammy Museum and a signing at Book Soup on January 28th.
