The Airlines:
As a lot of us get ready to fly the friendly skies for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, a big concern is air travel comfort, especially on international flights.
In a poll conducted by Airbus, more than half the respondents agreed it's critical or absolutely critical for planes to have comfortable seats in economy class. Forty-one-percent of those purchasing economy seats said they'd be willing to pay a little more to guarantee a comfortable seat. (Page)Trash talk and satellite dish:
Warning: note sexual content.
Here's a shocker --MILEY CYRUS is planning a super-freaky soiree to celebrate her 21st birthday next week. HollywoodLife.com reports the poster girl for twerking has hired dancers, will be serving Miley-themed cocktails and asked party planners to create a sex dungeon with cages and whips.
So who would be the real guest of honor? LIAM HEMSWORTH! Rumor has it the Australian hottie is back in touch with his former fiancee, they've forgiven one another and she's "hoping and expecting" he'll show up. (Lee)Chic Sh*t:
There's only thing that goes better with "a damn fine cup of coffee" than cherry pie... It's a "Twin Peaks" inspired clothing line. The Suckers Apparel label pays homage to the freaky cult DAVID LYNCH TV series that aired in the early '90s. The line includes a long red Fire Walk With Me dress, a sexy black "Welcome to Twin Peaks" dress and a black and red tartan "Smoklng in the Girls room" dress. The line also pays homage to the Log Lady with a set of patterned log stockings. Another stocking set has the iconic catchpgrase "Who Killed Laura Palmer?" written all over it. Prices ranges from $70 for the stockings up to $190 for dresses.
Editor's note: They should've put out a mirror that shows "Killer Bob" every time you look at your reflection... What? Too nerdy? (Bartha)Broadcast, cable and video news:
Look for former President GEORGE W BUSH to show up on JAY LENO's show tonight. It's the fourth time he's been on the show; the most recent time was back in November 2010.
Tonight's the night EMILY WICKERSHAM debuts on "NCIS" as COTE de PABLO's replacement.
Emily will play NSA Analyst Eleanor "Ellie" Bishop, and a series regular.
In the first show, she'll show up when it's discovered that the Secretary of the Navy was bugged during a confidential briefing, a security breath she described in exact detail two years earlier. Now, the "NCIS" crew wants to find out who's doing the bugging.Morons on Parade:
Sony's new PlayStation 4 came out last week and the machines are catching fire –literally.
39-year-old "artist" KENNY IRWIN expresses himself by putting electronics in the microwave until they explode or burst into flames. The so-called 'professional microwaver' bought a brand new PS4, nuked it on video, then uploaded the clip to YouTube. Of course, the idiotic clip is going viral. And Kenny plans to sell the mess of melted plastic and microchips on eBay to support his "art." His asking price for the molten console is just over $11-thousand dollars. (Still) -
