Along the Primary trail:
Florida resident JOE NEWMAN believes he can no longer idly sit by while Congress fail to stand up for the country, so he's running for Congress, and he's 101 years old.
Newman, from Sarasota County, says he's fighting for the 16th Congressional District seat as a write in candidate who wants to expand Medicare and eliminate poverty.
And he says that despite his advanced age, he is physically and mentally strong enough to do the job and prepared to freely criticize both the Democrats or the Republicans.
If elected, he wouldn't hold the title of oldest member of Congress. That honor goes to ELIZABETH HAWLEY GASQUE, who held a seat until she was 103 when she died in 1989.
Editor's note: Still looks better than Joan Rivers. (Maiman)Trolling for publicity:
AARON PAUL had a brush with fame long before "Breaking Bad" became a cult hit. The actor was picked to play on "The Price Is Right" back in 2000 and tells PerezHilton.com he looks like "I'm on some serious crack." Apparently he wanted to appear excited for the producers and drank six cans of Red Bull before making it onstage with BOB BARKER.
Sadly, he almost won the entire Showcase Showdown but overbid by just $137! (Lee)Models:
British betting parlors are now placing odds on which Kardashian sister will get a Vogue cover first. Will it be KIM KARDASHIAN, or half-sister KENDALL JENNER?
Fashionista.com says the betting started last week after Kendall made a huge impression with her mad catwalking skills at the MARC JACOBS show in London. (Her bleached eyebrows, blank stare and bare boobs are the things of model-walking greatness.) But oddsmakers are giving Kim the 2-to-1 odds over Kendall, who is a 6-to-4 longshot. The reason? Kim has fiancé KANYE WEST in her corner. He's been lobbying Vogue editors so hard to give Kim a cover that they're anxious to get him "off [their] back." (Bartha)Grace notes:
Looks like The Bieber has found a home in Atlanta... for now. TMZ says JUSTIN is renting a four-bedroom home, owned by record producer DALLAS AUSTIN. He's given us such hits as MICHAEL JACKSON's "They Don't Care About Us," and PINK's "Don't Let Me Get Me." Dallas is also the baby daddy of TLC's CHILI. The house looks like a spaceship and Justin will live there for at least three months while he works on his next album, which is supposedly all hip-hop. He also plans on finding his own digs in Atlanta, at some point. (Marino)
Most violent cities in the US:

10. Milwaukee, WI.
9. Atlanta, GA
8. Cleveland
7. Baltimore
6. Birmingham, AL
5. Stockton, CA
