Plumbing problems:
A lady in Baltimore is suing city officials for injuries she claims happened on the toilet.
ANGELA WRIGHT says she was sitting on her toilet when the plumbing became backed up and suddenly "exploded," sending her flying across the room. Wright claims her house was damaged to the tune of $14-thousand dollars and she was physically and emotionally hurt. Wright says she ended up covered in waste material, adding "Who wants that?"
Wright's lawsuit names Baltimore mayor STEPHANIE RAWLINGS-BLAKE as a defendant, along with the City Council and two city contractors. Her attorney says, if it goes to trial, they'll be asking for a quarter-million dollars in damages. (Still)(No) Face time with the judge:
A lawsuit between JUSTIN BIEBER and a photographer was settled out-of-court before his trial was due to begin yesterday in California.
Paparazzi photographer JOSE DURAN was suing Bieber for assault and emotional distress after Justin got out of his car in 2012 outside a shopping center near Los Angeles and kicked and punched him out before returning to his car and his date with SELENA GOMEZ.
Duran's attorney said the case had been resolved but would not disclose the terms.The Internet:
