Filling a need:
Looking like KIM KARDASHIAN can be very profitable --just ask CHRISTINE HAM, a 26-year-old executive assistant from Los Angeles, California. The UK's Daily Mail reports she joined a dating site called WhatsYourPrice.com last year and will go out with men who are willing to pony up the big bucks for a night on the town. The brunette bombshell is a dead ringer for Mrs. KANYE WEST, usually charges $200 for the first date and has made a cool 10-grand in the last year from generous suitors. (Lee)
Instagram says you'll be able to post (and watch) longer videos on the website.
The photo and video sharing service says the max length of video clips is being extended from 15 to 60 seconds and will roll out the ability to all users "within the coming months," according to a blog post.
Nerd Alert! "Star Trek" is getting its own MAC Cosmetics collection to celebrate the original sci-fi series' 50th anniversary. The 25-piece collection will celebrate Star Trek's iconic strong female characters, including NICHELLE NICHOLS' Lieutenant Uhura, "The Next Generation's" Deanna Troi (played by MARINA SIRTIS) and JERI RYAN's Borg-with-a-heart-of-gold character, Seven of Nine. Die-hard Trekkies will have to wait for the cosmetics collection to go sale... it hits stores in September. (Bartha)
Grace notes from Vinny Marino:
THE NOTORIOUS B.I.G. died nearly 20 years ago, but he's not done yet. AllHipHop.com says the rapper's widow, FAITH EVANS, says she's just about finished a new album called "The King And I" which has her performing with BIGGIE from beyond the grave. Faith also wants to go out and tour to promote the album, using a hologram of Biggie to do his own parts. (Marino)
