London tabloids:
RYAN LOCHTE's Tinder membership is really paying off. The swimmer's girlfriend, KAYLA RAE REID, discussed their relationship with the UK's Daily Mail, and hinted that they met on the social app. She says the Olympian is "kind, humble" and "incredibly good looking." Kayla claims her man gets "lots of female attention," has "more depth than you could possibly imagine" and is downright "inspiring." If you didn't know, the 25-year-old blonde is best known for her stint as Playboymagazine's Miss July, 2015. (Lee)
Fashion Emergency:
Faster than a speeding Kardashian... more powerful than Kanye's ego... it's... KENDALL JENNER on the cover of September's Vogue! The 20-year-old is posing all sexy and bare-chested in an ornate Gucci suit, looking just like a couture-wearing Kara Danvers before she's taken off her glasses... but right after she rips open her blouse to become... Supergirl! But, you know, without the superhero suit underneath. Or a bra. Whatevs.
The Vogue cover is a big deal for Kendall --it's the so-called "fashion bible," and the September issue is the biggest fashion issue of the year. (Bartha)Survey sez:
A Chegg study found that 86 percent of college students keep their smartphone, tablet, and laptop in bed.
Although most students want more sleep --the ideal number would be eight hours or more-- most are only getting five-to-seven hours. The most frequently cited reason for not getting enough sleep was too much time online doing non-school related activities --and not too much homework. But the survey also found that most students have plenty of free time each day --they just waste it online and by the time they want hit the books, it's late. So time management is a big problem as well as learning to turn the phone or tablet off.Stars and their movies:
"Bad Boys 3" is coming. WILL SMITH and MARTIN LAWRENCE have signed up to redo their signature roles for the movie, although Variety says because of Will's busy career, it looks like the film --called "Bad Boys for Life"-- won't be in theatres until the first week of January, 2018.
