A guy in France set a new slackline world record.
23-year-old NATHAN PAULIN walked a 2,198-foot-long tightrope suspended between the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero Square in Paris. The line was suspended 230-feet above the River Seine. Walking the entire line took about a half-hour. Paulin admits he fell during a practice run but wasn't injured. (Still)Good fences make good neighbors:
It happens every year, so why not this year?
BABY JESUS had been stolen from a front yard in Hebron, Kentucky (again). The family caught the thief on security camera and have issued a statement promising not to press charges if Jesus is returned. When will you learn that you just don't mess with BEYONCE! Pitchfork.com says Lineup Brewing in Brooklyn, New York, has been served with a cease-and-desist order to stop making Bieryonce, a German style beer that sounds a bit too much like the singer's name. The beer was originally made available in October of 2016, then went away. But, it's back and Beyonce's legal team got wind of it. Lineup's owner, Katarina Martinez said (quote), "As a Hispanic, female run business, I am very inspired by her so I thought I'd pay homage. We're disappointed she didn't take it as a compliment, but oh well. It was fun while it lasted!" (Marino)
