In New York a full service car wash takes maybe 20 minutes.
The second you bring your car and agree to which ever wash you choose (Deluxe is best), you walk away and watch as a team surrounds your vehicle and gets busy. They vacuum, wipe, push it through the washer, scrub walls, and before you know it your glistening baby is ready to drive away, slowly please as the brakes are a little wet. In the South it's different, it's a one-person per car deal here complete with a waiting room that offers Wifi. I would have gladly brought some work to do had I know it would take an hour to do my car. But I digress. And I wash my own car.
