Diet anyone? January is the month many make promises to start a fitness regimen and stop eating foods that aren't healthy. It's a great goal not kept by many. Instead of encouraging less food I'd offer more exercise options. I have too many friends that run but say they hate running. Not sure why they do it then. There are many ways to burn calories and tone muscle. Options should be explored. Running after kids, lugging laptops and backpacks, baskets of laundry and groceries walking, shopping even stressing all burn calories that she might not remember. Instead of using the same old "new year new you" content I think "she'd" appreciate a way to beat the January slump we tend to fall into. I think instead of talking about organizing her life shed like to manage it successfully and dare I say enjoy it. Cue the Michael Jackson "Enjoy Yourself"
