I'm in Washington, DC today, remembering when I was inNew York City during 9/11. My memories have split inmany different directions since the towers fell right by where I used to live, right by where I had my first child, by where I used to work, where I last saw Micheal Jackson. My memories seem so meaningless as I roll the aftermaththrough my heart, knowing of the tragic damage leftbehind. I used to send my neighbor Meg flowers on this particular anniversary, as she survived this day with anexperience that was scarring. This year I choose to sendher a beautiful fruit basket with a card that reads; "Remembering with you today Meg, may you continue tobe sustained and bear fruit. Love, Beth." God Bless America
