Capitalizing on the fact that women are busy is not my recommendation. It's pretty mucha given that schedules are crunched, especially during this time of tax season. Talk about added pressure! I'm ﬁnding more women are happier when they can brag aboutthe balance they have found, and the time that is spent in enjoying life, instead or lettingit wring her out. I'm hearing more and more about dinners out with husbands, vacationplans, long weekends and time at a playground. Sure, the economy plays a huge part,but so does the state of how much her business has been made apparent to her. Now,instead of making it though without a break, a small nap during is recognized as smart.Instead of forgetting when she last ate a certiﬁed 'healthy' meal, now snacks are thenorm. There's a sign easily read from the pedicure area at a nail salon in Atlanta calledSugarcoat (yes I do lots of prep here) it reads "Sing your song, dream your dream, hopeour home and pray your prayer."

She likes A reason to get ice cream with her kids.
She needs some time Pamper yourself with glow time says SheKnows.com Take a hot bath, get a manicure, have a massage, splurge on a new purse or indulge insome of your favorite chocolates. Life is meant to be savored! Spoiling yourself in theselittle but meaningful ways reminds us at a core level that we deserve pleasure. It's amazing how sometimes just spritzing on a new perfume and getting a blowout canchange your entire mood.
