When I heard about the tornado in Arkansas, I immediately sent a text to my friend Michelle, who lives in Little Rock. She sent back "wild storms last night, drove to Tulsa this morning. My dad was diagnosed with bladder cancer and he is having the tumor removed today." She sent pictures of the wreckage she drove past, which seemed small compared to her fathers situation. Indeed, The tornado was a tiny thing in her world.
Her Facebook post later on was the best story told on my show that day. "Friends....A few weeks ago the doctors found a nice sized tumor in my dad's bladder. Doctor said it was cancer but would know more after removing the tumor. His kidneys have been working at 40%, stage 4. He will need dialysis if he hits stage 5. Today, the doctor went in to remove the tumor but it was GONE. Totally gone. He said he cleaned everything up and my dad should be good to go. We are shocked beyond belief. Thank you for your prayers."
There's your She Prep, in a text and a post. Have a great weekend.
