I always preach that the moment is the new marketing! And the secret to becoming an active part of daily habits now is to have the ability to articulate and deliver on the promise of your mission seamlessly and consistently across every touch point and in every instance.
Stop focusing on what needs to be (i.e. I need more revenue, I need more traffic, I need more something) and instead, put your time, money and energy around empowering, collaborating and interacting through what is uniquely you.
Remember, that in every moment – all of us want to know the following:
- Who likes me? / Who is like me?
- Is everything okay?
- How can I become more popular/ Look how popular I am!
- What's new?
- I'm bored, let's make some noise!
