No matter how bad something or some situation looks, there is always a positive side to it, if you look at it closely enough.
If there is bad, there will always be good hidden within if you can get to it. Sometimes we block ourselves from receiving the good in a bad situation.
THE CHOICE THAT WINS
When you come across a situation that appears really difficult, look again. It may be that you have not spent enough time to find out what good can come of it. One of your greatest tools in your quest for success is positivity. By remaining positive, you can face the challenges of the day that will constantly be thrown at you as negatives.
Your mood is YOUR CHOICE. You choose how you feel, so simply choose to feel great, to show the world that you are positive and moving in a positive direction. Embrace your troubles and problems, be thankful for them instead of troubled by them, and you can win.
When someone asks "how are you doing," answer them by saying, "Outstanding, but I'm improving!" They'll look at you like you are crazy. But as a person who has control of your moods, you are entitled to a little fun. Tell them that since mood is a choice, why would I choose to be (insert negative adjective here).
Soon, you will begin to get a reputation as a person who is bothered or set back by nothing. People will throw problems at you, hoping to derail you. "Okay, Mr. Positive, here's one you can't spin into something good!" Of course, you will easily solve these because you can see the good side of the problem, and be able to fashion your fix using the positives of the situation. This takes practice, and once you get the hang of it, it is downright fun.
People will give you more responsibility because they will see you are not bothered by facing what others would call "difficult" situations. Your great attitude of being a positive problem-solver will spread to others on the team, and then success will occur naturally as a byproduct of a success-based environment. You surround yourself with an aura of "Can Do!" and everyone wants to be a part of a winning team.
The biggest part of a winning team is the team's ability to deal easily, quickly and efficiently with PROBLEMS. Everyone receives problems; it is all in how you DEAL with them that matters.
Success begins with one person. You. Good luck ... and have fun with it!
