Outside The Law? Can't Be Touched? Are They Charlie Sheen?

Down in Atlanta, there are, as in many other places, a lot of empty foreclosed homes. But there, they have something else: a large group of "sovereign citizens" who are moving in and using quit-claim deeds to seize ownership. It's not necessarily legal, but the "sovereign citizens" think they can't be touched by the courts; they don't pay taxes, don't have drivers' licenses or license plates, don't think they're under the jurisdiction of the government. How do you get people like that out of a house they don't own? (Atlanta Journal-Constitution)
