Democratic politicians have released a study complaining that e-cigarette companies are targeting youth with their ads. Well, no kidding. But are the ads why kids are vaping? I doubt it. Kids have been smoking all along, even with the dire health warnings and ad bans. It's really all about doing things the cool older kids do. It's interesting that people don't understand that, or that politicians point fingers at the marketing instead of the societal pressures that really make a difference (but which they can't fix).
