Due to a new union contract, many New York City schools are shifting to an earlier start time, and that has parents, who have to get their kids ready and get them to school, howling. When school moves the opening bell from 8:50 to 8:05, that means waking up at about 6, and parents are not pleased. But I remember high school starting even earlier - like 7:45 - and I wonder, what's too early for an early school start time? Parents, you can answer this better than I can. (New York Daily News)
