Call It State Fair Food And They'd Have Lines Out The Door
-
I hadn't heard that Hot Dog on a Stick had gone bankrupt, but it did, and now it's been sold for $12.2 million, which seems low. On the other hand, mall foot traffic is, of course, way down, and... well, let's be honest, do you see too many people actually buying food there? There can be long queues at every other food court joint, and HDOAS will be empty except for the employees in the wacky uniforms and puffy hats. Guess corn dogs and lemonade aren't as popular as... anything else. (Los Angeles Times)
