Ain't Nobody's Business What You Call Him

A couple is suing the state of Tennessee because the state won't let the child have a surname different from theirs. They decided to name the child Camden Sabr -- Sabr is a combination of the first two letters from each of the parents' last names. And, okay, it's silly and stupid, but so what? Don't parents have the right to name a kid whatever they want? What's the state's interest in preventing a child to have a different last name? And since their other kids, born in other states where it's legal, are also named Sabr, what's the problem? (WSMV-TV/Nashville)
