Everything You Know Is Wrong: A study says that milk isn't good for bones, not making you less likely to break bones. In fact, the study showed the opposite, with women drinking more than three glasses of milk a day MORE likely to break bones, although there's not a proven causal link. And the women drinking more milk also had a higher death rate. But good news: yogurt showed more bone benefits. So eat the Fage and cut back on the milk? Do they really know? (BBC)
