One Way To Drum Up Business For Mass Transit
-
Some people living in the semi-trendy Piazza at Schmidts apartment complex in Philadelphia woke up to find that their cars had been towed from a lot at the complex. One problem: They weren't illegally parked. And another problem: nobody admits to ordering the cars towed and impounded. The current owner of the complex says it wasn't him. The former owner, who owns the lot land, says it wasn't him. The towing company won't say anything. The current owner paid for the cars to be returned, but if you live in a place where someone is ordering cars to be impounded for no reason, you might think that someone's trying to send you a message, namely, move.
