Can Your iPhone Do THAT? Oh, I Guess It Can

Someone paid $21.4 million at auction for the most complicated pocket watch in the world. "Complication" is a term in watchmaking that refers to any feature on a watch other than something that tells the time, and this one has that: a perpetual calendar, a celestial map of New York as seen from the original buyer's apartment, sunrise and sunset times... this was sort of the first SmartWatch, built in 1932, over 80 years before Apple. It's quite a conversation piece, although $21.4 million worth? (BBC)
