As Long As The Gas You Burn And Time You Take Don't Eat Up The Savings
-
This is how these sin taxes go: Philadelphia slapped a big tax hike onto cigarettes and said they'd use the money to fund the city's strapped school system. So residents are crossing county lines to buy their cigs in the suburbs, where you'll pay about $2.50 less per pack. How far out of your way would you go to save money on stuff you buy, and how much would the savings have to be to justify that? (KYW/Philadelphia)
