Bet They Get Helmets In First Class

A Southwest Airlines passenger is suing the airline because another passenger tried to put an oversized bag in the overhead and dropped it on his head. And while I hate the idea of suing the business when the injury was directly someone else's fault, I understand it in cases like this. Airlines have bag rules, but they seem not to enforce them evenly; I see people stuffing massive bags and boxes up there, clearly taking up too much room, and the airline doesn't make them check the bags. And I've been grazed by a falling oversized bag, so I know it's a problem. (The Oregonian)
