A Kentucky state senator was pinched for DUI. He thinks he's found a Get Out Of Jail Free card in the law: a constitutional provision from 1891 that says state legislators are "privileged from arrest" during sessions. I don't think that the intent was to let legislators commit criminal acts without punishment during sessions, but... well, maybe it was. Politicians will be politicians.
