At Least They Saved Money On Ferret Food That Day
-
A one-month-old baby's face was partially eaten by her family's pet ferrets. They do not need pet ferrets. Nobody does, but especially not with a baby around. And, apparently, the home was infested with fleas and mites, filled with animals, and practically no food for humans. The police chief is curious about how the mom didn't respond to the child's crying downstairs for long enough for that much flesh to be eaten, too, and he added, "It's not that they're bad parents, it's just that the children are not being taken care of." Which kind of defines "bad parents," doesn't it? (WCAU-TV/Philadelphia)
