This Five Thirty Eight article notes that with the blizzard-that-wasn't, a lot of people stayed home, and a lot of THOSE worked from home on Tuesday. In that light, it's interesting that the data shows people who work from home are generally more productive than those in the office, although there are exceptions where people take advantage and slack off. I work from home and I think I'm WAY more productive (and work WAY longer hours than anyone) because I don't have to commute, don't have to deal with office stuff, and can just get online and concentrate. Can you work from home? Would you prefer it? Can you shut out the distractions? (Five Thirty Eight)
