How bad is the drought in São Paulo? This bad: They're going through severe restrictions on water use because the massive reservoir that serves the city is at ten percent. That is almost dry. They shut off the water in the afternoon and only turn it on the next day. The water could run out in four or five months. That could happen elsewhere, too. This is not good. (Daily Telegraph)
