Llama, schllama: Philadelphia's Market-Frankford El train was delayed for 40 minutes at the tail end (tail! See what I did there? Urgh.) of rush hour Thursday night by a stray dog on the tracks. The dog wasn't scared off by the horn, and wouldn't get off the tracks. Nothing anyone could do, although I imagine some angry commuters would want the train to just hit the dog and be done with it. But you can't do that. I mean, the dog doesn't know he's causing people inconvenience. He's just a dog. He was probably having fun on the tracks. (Philly.com)
