A woman in a wheelchair is suing American Airlines because they made her crawl onto a plane, telling her that it was "too late" to give her help. It was a commuter flight, and the airline is supposed to provide help and a ramp onto the plane, but the gate agent did not. And she's suing, which you would, too. Common sense: You have someone in a wheelchair needing assistance, you get them assistance. Simple. It's the law. How does a gate agent not know that? (KHON-TV/Honolulu)
