Not That You Wouldn't WANT To Do It, But Don't
-
When your kid is involved in something, you might lose all perspective, but try not to do that, lest you go the route of this father, who got a 35-years-to-life sentence for premeditated attempted murder for shooting a kid who beat up his son a few weeks earlier. The dad must have been seething for all that time; he hit the bully with a baseball bat and then shot him in the shoulder. You want to protect your kids, but you can't be using a gun to do it. Or a baseball bat. Or anything, really. (San Francisco Chronicle)
