That's Not Permission To Go Back To Pepsi, You Know
-
If you, like me, don't want to drink soda but like a little carbonation and flavor in your cold beverages, you go with seltzer or flavored sparkling water. And if you, like me, do that, you'll be distressed to know that sparkling water is bad for your teeth, not as bad as soda but there's acid that WILL affect your enamel. But you can always brush or even just rinse with flat water. And it's not going to stop me from drinking my unsweetened Mandarin Orange Kroger seltzer. (The Atlantic)
