Passover News: It's always been a thing, and apparently it's bigger than ever, to go to a hotel for Passover. Why? Oh, you're so goyische. It's because if you really want to do the holiday correctly, you have to keep kosher and that means your kitchen has to be perfect in every way, meat and dairy separate, no leavened bread, you get the idea. Pain in the ass, so you want to leave it to the hotels. And if you run a hotel, you'll have to spend a lot of time and money preparing your kitchen and facilities, as seen in this article. It's like when you go to a restaurant for Thanksgiving rather than cook the turkey yourself, only with religion overlaid and way more intense. (Miami Herald)
