Last week, we had another story about teens causing a riot of sorts at Westfield Culver City mall out here, organized on social media and involving a 911 call alleging that there were gunshots. This article is about how some malls ban teens at certain hours, and how some states (California, for one) say that such rules violate the teens' constitutional rights. If they can't be banned or there can't be restrictions, what can be done? Are we just going to have to live with this? (Los Angeles Times)
