Yes and No
June 24, 2011
We all need to do a better job of letting our "Yes" be a yes and our "No" be a no.
Keeping your word is one of the few things left in this world that people can trust.
But you have to make them trust it.
We are well past the days of blind trust. Today you have to prove things to people. You have to prove that you are worth their time and prove that you are worth an investment. And you have to prove that you are better than anyone else.
With this trust comes responsibility and with this responsibility comes influence.
It is a powerful cycle - it is a powerful cycle that creates great, trustworthy and honest people.
