A combination of being a music junkie and the voices of Ruby Cheeks & Matt the Cat on WMMS.
2. What was your favorite station to listen to when you were a kid?
WMMS.
3. What led you to Radio 106.7 and The Brew?
An opportunity to get back to being closer to family. Columbus is a great city, and these two stations are musically right up my alley.

The music is '90s-based and a cross between pop and alternative. The imaging is very clean. It's all dry VO of real, everyday sounding voices.

The high caliber of talent in this market is not only impressive, but equal, if not better, than to talent you would find in major markets.

It's clutter-free environment that consistently enables the music to truly be the star. The jocks are also gifted in being able to be informative and relatable, yet direct and concise.

Best: Learning from the super smart people that are in this building, and in this company (WNCI PD Michael McCoy, John Crenshaw OM, and Dave Lefrois RVP)
Least: When the vending machine is out of Diet Coke.
8. Fill in the blank: I can't make it through the day without ________?
Diet Coke, a good laugh, and lots of hugs and kisses from my kids.
9. What is the one truth that has held constant throughout your career?
That you have to move out to move up.
10. What career path would you be following had it not been for this industry?
I dunno, but I wish I could have been the one who created Guitar Hero and Rock band, then I wouldn't have to rely on Arbitron to keep my job every three months.
