SHAED

“Trampoline” is the name of the single out now by the trio SHAED. The song has been featured on the Apple Macbook Air commercial. It can be found on their EP, “Melt” also out now via Photo Finish/Caroline.
When asked about the song, SHAED member Chelsea Lee shared, “There’s a home video of Max and Spencer jumping on a trampoline when they were kids. The footage is grainy and distorted though, so it almost feels like you are witnessing a dream when you watch it. This track is about a girl stuck in a nightmare, who is experiencing that pinnacle moment when you feel completely enveloped by this sense of loss and dread. What if you could embrace that feeling?”
Comprised of twin brothers Spencer and Max Ernst, as well as Chelsea Lee who is engaged to the former sibling, SHAED is a tightly knit-group. Based in Washington D.C., the trio first met in high school, eventually writing music together after a few years of coming in contact. Since then, they’ve spent much of their time outside the city touring with the likes of X Ambassadors, Marian Hill, and Bishop Briggs, growing their audience organically while connecting with fans in the audience. Further promoting their creative, collaborative atmosphere, they group moved into a house together in September 2017.
SHAED are currently on their In The Shape Of A Dream Tour hitting up Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix, Austin and more throughout the month of December.
