Arkells

Hailing from Canada, Arkells, are back with a new single called “Years In The Making.” It is out now via Arkells Music. This is the first new music from them since the release of their “Rally Cry” album in October 2018.
Arkells front-man Max Kerman said, “[The song] leans on a question we keep coming back to. How do we conceive of everything we’ve been through and shape it to offer some love and hope. ‘Years In The Making’ is meant to encourage us to find ways to embrace the bumps in the road, because all of our challenges are ultimately there to help us work toward the dream — whatever that may be.”
The group formed in 2006 in Hamilton, Ontario. The five-piece consists of Max Kerman (vocals & guitar), Mike DeAngelis (vocals & guitar), Nick Dika (bass), Tim Oxford (drums & percussion) and Anthony Carone (vocals, keyboard & guitar). Arkells have released five albums, two EPs and a number of big charting singles in Canada. The band has won multiple Juno Awards, including one for their album “High Noon” in 2015.
